One of the internal filters sadly arrived broken. I offered to purchase a new one but was told that one would be sent free of charge (very generous as they’re not cheap). Royal Mail sadly misplaced the filter that was sent. The communication was spectacular and once it was established that the parcel had been lost another filter (again free of charge) was sent to me. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I will definitely be using them again.
